• Staff is eligible for a referral bonus only when referring external candidates.
• If the candidate is hired, the referring staff will receive a bonus after the new hire has satisfactorily completed their 90-day introductory period.
• Hiring conditions for PRN: will require 2 days per week,
• Staff involved in the hiring decision are not eligible for referral bonuses.
• If the candidate has already applied or has contacted us, the staff member will not be eligible for the referral bonus.
• Only one referral bonus is awarded per applicant. If a candidate is referred by more than one staff member, the first referral received will be the one awarded if the candidate is hired.
