- Fever
- Chills
- Runny nose
- Stuffy Nose
- Sore throat
Or if you have had recent contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 (coronavirus disease 2019) or traveled to China, Iran, Italy, South Korea or Japan
If not, please keep your scheduled appointment to continue your care.
